Michael Carbone

Founder & Coach

Mike Carbone has dedicated his career to serving others, first as a teacher and school administrator in some of the nation’s most underserved communities and, for the past ten years, as a C-suite executive leading non-profit organizations with teams ranging from 50 to over 2,500 employees. A nationally recognized leader, Mike became one of the youngest adjunct professors in the history of the University of Saint Joseph, has presented at multiple national conferences, and is a proud small business owner. His expertise spans scaling organizations, spearheading transformation initiatives, and driving team and organizational turnarounds with a consistent track record of improved performance.

Now, in addition to his primary work, Mike coaches clients across industries, from young professionals to seasoned executives. With clients ranging from Vice Presidents and CEOs to new and emerging leaders or career-changers, Mike is equipped to help others flourish.  Trained through the ACT Leadership Program for Executive Coaching at Brown University, he is actively pursuing the International Coaching Federation's master accreditation, the gold standard in executive coaching worldwide.

With degrees in biology (USF) and curriculum & instruction (USJ), as well as an advanced leadership certification from Harvard, Mike brings a unique blend of intellectual rigor and practical expertise across multiple industries. His innovative work in virtue-based adult learning and holistic human development, combined with his results-oriented approach and passion for developing talent, makes him a highly effective coach. Mike’s coaching is rooted in the belief that true growth begins with empowering individuals to unlock their potential, just as he experienced in his own leadership journey.

Mike currently resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and daughter.  In his free time you can find him reading, golfing, playing pickleball, or exploring new places to eat.
